Return Eligibility
Returned items should include everything originally received when applicable:
- the jewelry item in unworn, unused, and undamaged condition
- the original jewelry box or packaging
- any included certificates, care cards, gift materials, or accessories
- all items from a set, if the product was sold as a set
Items Not Eligible
We are not able to accept returns for:
- items showing signs of wear, scratches, damage, alteration, resizing, or repair
- items returned after the 30-day return window
- items returned without prior authorization
- items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- incomplete sets or items missing included materials, when applicable
30-Day Return Window
Dellyrica accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. The return window begins on the day your order is delivered, not the day the order is placed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
Items that do not meet our return conditions may be refused or may not be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds & Return Shipping
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or an item damaged on arrival.
For returns due to personal preference, size choice, or change of mind, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@dellyricajewelry.com.

- clear photos of the item and packaging
- a brief description of the issue
We will review the case and work with you on an appropriate solution.
Exchanges & Size Changes
We are not able to process direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or style, please request a return for the original item and place a new order.
If you are unsure about sizing before reordering, our team will be happy to help you review the size guide or choose a better fit.
