What materials do you use?

Our pieces are crafted in 925 sterling silver and finished with thick gold or rhodium plating. Depending on the design, they may feature lab-grown gemstones or moissanite.

Are your gemstones natural or lab-grown?

Many Dellyrica designs feature lab-grown gemstones, chosen for their beauty, brilliance, and thoughtful modern appeal.

Will sterling silver tarnish?

Sterling silver can naturally react over time. Proper care and storage help preserve its shine beautifully.

Is Dellyrica jewelry hypoallergenic?

Shipping & Returns

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. We do not currently offer direct exchanges; please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.
