30-Day Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging.
No Direct Exchange
Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Return eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unworn, unused, and undamaged
- returned in its original packaging
- accompanied by a valid order number or proof of purchase
Items sold as part of a set must be returned as the complete set.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
- items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- items returned after the 30-day return window
- final sale items, if marked as final sale at the time of purchase
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Refund + New Order
How to start a return
To request a return, please contact us at service@dellyricajewelry.com within 30 days of delivery and include:
- your order number
- the item(s) you would like to return
- the reason for your return
If your return is approved, we will email you the return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after the returned item has been received.
Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or a damaged item.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at service@dellyricajewelry.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue.
We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution.

Items that do not meet our return conditions may be refused or may not be eligible for a full refund.
